You will learn how to navigate the Analytics workspace, use out‑of‑the‑box dashboards, apply filters, drill into Arena objects, and export or share analytics to better understand trends across your organization.

If you have Analytics Designer access, you will also learn how to duplicate and customize dashboards, create custom insights, and work with the Arena data model to support cross‑object reporting. By the end of the course, you will be confident using Arena Analytics to analyze performance, support data‑driven decisions, and share insights with key stakeholders.
